Inspector (Andrew Mathison) is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina and is affiliated with Real Broker, LLC. Clients and potential Clients acknowledge that the services provided under this Agreement are solely Home Inspection Services performed by Andrew Mathison in his capacity as a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector. No real estate brokerage, agency, property management, negotiation, marketing, or other real estate services are being provided under this Agreement, and no agency relationship is created between Client and Inspector in Inspector’s capacity as a real estate broker.

 

Independent Capacity. Andrew Mathison performs all inspection services independently and not on behalf of Real Broker, LLC. Real Broker, LLC is not a party to this Agreement or Company, does not supervise or control the inspection services, and assumes no responsibility or liability for the inspection, inspection report, findings, recommendations, or any acts or omissions arising from the inspection. All opinions and conclusions contained in the inspection report are solely those of Andrew Mathison in his capacity as a North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector.
