Guardian Home Inspections, LLC has been performing inspections in Connecticut and has served thousands of clients. We are licensed by the State of Connecticut and are ASHI members, with a combination of backgrounds in construction, HVAC, electrical and remodeling. We strive to continually update our education through continuing education on a yearly basis. Guardian Home Inspections covers Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex, and New Haven counties. Guardian Home Inspectors also have memberships in FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisors), and the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors.

 

Specializing in residential inspections, we offer additional environmental inspections: radon testing, water analysis, and flow testing. Should an inspector note a suspect material such as mold or asbestos, this is recorded in the report and further recommendations will be made.

Guardian Home Inspections wholeheartedly recommends client participation at the inspection, where both inspector and client can learn the house together. At this time, we give maintenance and prevention tips and share knowledge that will increase the client's control, confidence, and sense of ease in their decision.
